STL Pure Heat's First Big Event was a HIT!!

First of all we want to THANK EVERYONE who came out to support our event "So You Think You Can Cook" held in downtown St. Louis' House of Soul on August 29th! We had a fantastic time and the food was EXCELLENT! Tasty dishes like the Buffalo Chicken Lasagna and seafood from the Crab Trap were definitely some of the crowd's faves and came in tied for second place. But the one that took the winning prize was the Pure Heat Surf and Turf dish created and served by Antonio Jones! His grilled beef short ribs and flank steak wrapped shrimp glazed with Pure Heat sauce over a bed of rice pilaf with sauteed spinach, onions, and Pure Heat sauce infused bell peppers.....OOOOOOWEEEEE! 

These contestants made it TOUGH for the judges to choose a winner! But for those who didn't walk away with the winning prize it's all good because PART II is coming up September 27th!!
