Sweet n Spicy Saucy Salmon Salad – STL Pure Heat

Sweet n Spicy Saucy Salmon Salad

by Keke Hardin on June 08, 2020

This tongue twister recipe will definitely add a new twist to the same ol' boring salad! Healthy, low fat, and so good you don't even need to add salad dressing. Check out this tasty, pescatarian single serving recipe below!

Ingredients

  • STL Pure Heat Sweet n Spicy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Fillet of salmon (seasoned if you like)
  • Your fave salad greens
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

Coat large skillet lightly with oil or cooking spray and heat over medium. Add chopped veggies and enough Sweet n Spicy sauce to coat the veggies. Also add about 1/8 cup of water. Stir veggies occassionally until they soften and start to brown (if preferred). Add more sauce and water as needed to keep the veggie mix saucy. Add salmon to the skillet and let cook on each side 4-5 minutes or until cooked to your preference.

Top off a bowl of salad greens with the cooked salmon then veggies. Add more sauce if desired then chop salmon with fork and mix into salad greens and veggies (this is where adding a lil more sauce takes the salad to another level...no dressing needed!). Enjoy!

Replying to Dinagh: Hello! You definitely won’t have to worry about burning your tastebuds with any of these sauces. But I will recommend starting out with the Sweet n Mild and/or Garlic Heat. Or try the 3 combo bundle and if the Sweet n Spicy is too much you could gift it to someone 🙂 Hope this helps!

How hot are the sauces? I want to taste but I don’t want to burn tastebuds!
